In coaching sessions we follow your very own path. You explore maybe yet unknown spaces to grow, you get a grasp on unused potentials, removing and dealing with obstacles step by step on your way.
The Future® Coaching Method is a great foundation for my work, supplemented by a wide range of techniques from systemic organizational development, constellations, facilitation and mediation.
Coaching sessions take place in person (Vienna region, Austria) or online; usually from 1 hour up to half-day intensive sessions.
Please also note a special highlight: Coaching on the sailing boat “Barolo” at Lake Neusiedl near Vienna, Austria.
Additionally I provide in-house trainings in communication, leadership, self-leadership and cooperation management.
